14 Comfortable B&B Rooms

All our rooms have colour TV, tea making facilities, central heating and duvets. Most rooms also have wonderful views over our mature front gardens, the chine or the downs.

We can provide upon request, clock radios, hot water bottles, blankets, hairdryers, irons, ironing boards, and extra towels.

Our ground floor room can be used by guests with a dog if booked in advance.

Premier Guest Rooms

We also have two premier rooms, both with views over the downs. They are recently refurbished with luxury showers.
